Heat oven to
375°F. Sauté sausage & mushrooms in medium saucepan. add
Chardonnay and simmer until wine is reduced, set aside. Mix
spinach, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and egg white. Fill
each shell with a heaping tbsp of sausage mixture. Place in a 10 x
12 baking dish; spoon sauce over shells. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly
heated.
